The petitioner seeks bail in Mushari P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 under Sections 420, 353, 188, 467, 211/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had earlier lodged a case bearing Mushari P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code for looting his Indica Car bearing registration No. JH-05AT-2228. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner lodged a false case and for that the present case has been lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 21st December, 2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9988 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Mushari P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016.
