The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner Vijay Singh assaulted the informant with lathi and the petitioner Rama Singh opened fire
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18648 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 causing grievous injuries to his person, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this Court.
