=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2017 The writ application filed by the petitioner was decided on 27.06.2011 to publish the result of the petitioner subject to availability of records, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and there is no other legal impediment.

In the show cause filed on behalf of respondent no.3, it is pointed out that there is no record on the basis of which the candidature of the petitioner can be verified and after conduct of three enquiries.

In the show cause filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 6, it is pointed out that the University has only one record in

Patna High Court MJC No.2951 of 2012 dt.23-02-2017 2/2 possession which is three decades old i.e. the tabulation register. On verification of the tabulation register, it was found that the name of the petitioner is not reflected in the records. The Admit Card submitted by the petitioner does not seem to be genuine. In view of the show cause filed, the claim of the petitioner cannot be said to be genuine and thus no further action is required.

Contempt application stands dismissed.
