JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks direction to the respondent-District Magistrate, Patna-cum-Licensing Authority for considering his application for grant of license for D.B.B.L. gun which was filed in the year 2011 itself but no decision has been taken as yet. It is contended that the petitioner's father is having a license for D.B.B.L. gun, however, now, due to old age he wants to transfer the gun in favour of the petitioner.
Having regards to the aforementioned facts, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the licensing authority to take a final decision in accordance with law within a
