3. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8430 of 2014 which was dismissed for nonprosecution in terms of order dated 25.01.2016.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the

Patna High Court MJC No.848 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 prayer for restoration is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 8430 of 2014 is restored to its original file.
