The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 542/2016, instituted for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 380, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10760/2017.

This Court does not find any fresh ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54041 of 2019(2) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
