It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last paragraph of the order dated 21.12.2016 in place of C.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Kinjer P. S. Case no. 81 of 2016, it has been wrongly typed as Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P. S. Case no. 191 of 2016. In view of the submissions made above and on perusal of the record, it is ordered that in the last paragraph of the order dated 21.12.2016 in place of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case no. 191 of 2016, it should be read as C.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case no. 81 of 2016.

The order dated 21.12.2016 is corrected to the extent,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52069 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2016 2/2 as indicated above.
