JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2018 The learned counsel for the parties submit that now the petitioner has joined his services and the departmental proceeding is going on against the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the authorities to expeditiously conclude the on going departmental proceedings and pass the final order. It is made clear that the petitioner shall cooperate in the on going departmental proceedings.

It is further directed that if any subsistence allowance or any outstanding salary is payable, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks from today.
