S. Case No. 20 of 2016 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua by which opposite party no. 2 has been granted bail in a case under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, is not maintainable.
