The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation of cheating is against co-accused Rahul Kumar, who is son of the petitioner and when the complaint of cheating was made to the petitioner, the petitioner abused. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
