Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. It is further submitted that parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.21455 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Kaumur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
