The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 342, 323, 436, 504, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner came, abused, put the hutment of the informant on fire and they also assaulted the wife of the informant. The motive for the occurrence is that the informant refused to compromise the case earlier filed by the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and there is

Considering the omnibus and general nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
