2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 5 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 / 20(b) (II) B of NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of recovery of 6 kg of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2024 and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61383 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - 3rd - cum- Special Judge, NDPS Act, Khagaria in connection with Mansi Rail P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024 arising out of Spl. NDPS P.S. Case No. 05 of 2024.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Narayanpur Police Station on each Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) saurabhkr/- U T
