The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)(a), 26, 34 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement of coaccused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24736 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
