JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.338 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of offence as also the fact that for an occurrence of the year 2014, the first information report has been instituted in November, 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
