1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) A Mandamus commanding the respondents for giving the benefit of pay Revision (After fixation of pay scale) in the light of Sankalp No. 3972 dated 12.05.2016 and Sankalp No. 7527 dated 23.09.2016 with all consequential/Monetary benefit.

(B) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case may be granted to him."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.13686 of 2023(2) dt.11-03-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
