ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner no.1 and 2, being the sister-in-law (Gotani) and the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) respectively of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.171 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 304B, 328 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.47363 of 2016 (2) dt.10-11-2016 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Naugachhia, District-Bhagalpur, in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
