The petitioner has prayed for payment of differential amount of salary and the dearness allowance along with other retiral benefits due to her deceased husband, who retired on 31.1.1993.

Having regard to the fact that most of the retiral dues of the husband of the petitioner has already been paid and only certain amount of outstanding retiral dues as also the differential amount of salary and dearness allowance are remaining to be paid, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.16948 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 approach respondent no.4 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the respondent no.4 shall pass appropriate orders upon the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
