JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the District Superintendent of Education, Aurangabad, vide Memo No. 799 dated 13.04.2010 by which the petitioner has been removed from the post of Panchayat Teacher.

The remedy before the petitioner for redressal of his grievance lies with the District Appellate Authority, Aurangabad. The petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, within a period of thirty days from the date of order which shall be disposed of within the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17930 of 2012 (3) dt.08-08-2017 2/2 statutory period.

It has further been submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C.No. 7347 of 2010 dated 06.07.2010 and C.W.J.C. No. 8175 of 2010 dated 03.05.2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner to approach before the District Appellate Authority, Aurangabad.
