Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 Prasadi Yadav has already been arrested. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no. 1 Prasadi Yadav is dismissed as has become infructuous.

So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioner may file afresh anticipatory bail petition before the Special Judge, SC/ST Act.

Prayer is allowed.
