The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nokha P.S.Case No. 34 of 2017 registered under Sections 366-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission that apart from the allegation that the petitioner happens to be mother of one Shashi Kant Pandey @ Dhiraj Pandey aged about 19 years, who is alleged to have abducted the minor daughter of the informant, there is no other allegation against her, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
