2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, informant suspects that this petitioner along with his wife committed murder of his son due to money dispute.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. No arms and ammunition has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no direct or indirect connection of the petitioner in this case. Police after thorough investigation submitted charge-sheet.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he alongwith his wife committed murder of son of informant. During course of investigation, it has come that this petitioner was seen going with the deceased and thereafter, the deceased did not return and when informant went to the house of petitioner, he was also not there. Another aspect of the matter is that dispute was going on between the deceased and petitioner since last ten to twelve days prior to the occurrence.
6. Considering the accusation and gravity of offence as well as material available on record, bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
