At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties submit that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 01.12.2021 passed in CWJC No. 7459 of 2020 (Rajveer Kumar vs. The State of Bihar) and other analogous cases, hence

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off in light of the judgment passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Rajveer Kumar (supra).
