The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 153, 295A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant saw seven accused persons assaulting a motorcycle rider on the road. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and none received injuries. Co-accused Guddu Bhagat has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50565 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
