ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.8.2015 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance case No.98(M) of 2013.
Considering that the impugned order is merely one of adinterim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and hence, the application stands dismissed.
The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
