The petitioner seeks bail in C-2A Case No. 20 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) and 35(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

On the basis of confession of Binda Chaudhary the house of the petitioner was raided and 246 liters of country made liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an unmarried girl and her marriage is going to be solemnized on 25th March, 2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11637 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in C-2A Case No. 20 of 2017.
