23-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to AAG-2, at the very outset submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of The Bihar Tenants Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act 1973, which is a scheduled Act under Section-9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. He further submits that the Tribunal is already functioning.

The Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U
