The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his son-in-law had came two months ago and asked for a motor cycle. He also threatened to kill his daughter, Sadhna Kumari. The informant got information that his daughter was killed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father, mother, maternal uncle and villager of the husband of the deceased. The deceased was married three years ago. No complaint was ever made. It has come during the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35656 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 course of investigation that the husband of deceased had illicit relation with a nurse and that is why he killed his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Gaighat P.S. Case No. 127 of 2013 (G. R. No. 2142/13), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
