This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
On suspicion, four persons, including the petitioner, were intercepted by the police and on their disclosure country made Nepali liquor was recovered. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.02.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall
