JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 465, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, who is a lady, as per allegation, was using SIM No. 7765910539, which was not in her name. She is a lady of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with
