The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant Pradip Prasad and snatched golden chain from his neck. The petitioner has enclosed injury report of Pradip Kumar annexed as Annexure-2 wherein the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3177 of 2017 (3) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 doctor has found bruise and abrasion on his person, which is simple in nature.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
