This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30, 30(g), 38)1)(2) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Allegation is that the four wheeler of the petitioner was escorting the truck, which was carrying huge quantity of liquor.

The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.02.2017. Only suspicion is there against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16415 of 2017 (2) dt.10-04-2017 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
