JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 328/18, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners happen to be father in law, mother in law and married Nanad of the deceased and allegation against them is of causing death of the deceased for non fulfillment of demand of dowry. It further appears that the dead body of the deceased has been disposed of by accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in laws of the petitioners and only general and omnibus allegation has been attributed to them and they are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52259 of 2019(3) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 residing separately. Moreover, husband of the deceased is in judicial custody.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XII, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 328/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
