The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court for directing the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits and the difference of pay scale to the petitioner. In the counter affidavit, it has been mentioned that entire retirement benefits, i.e., pension, gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance including all salary for different periods and difference of arrears of salary on the basis of 6th pay revision amounting to Rs.83558/- has been paid. Such assertions have been made in the counter affidavit filed on 21.01.2015. There is no rejoinder affidavit filed to the said counter affidavit nor the counsel for the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
