Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The daughter of the informant reported that in her presence, the victim-girl Rakhi Kumari had gone along with the petitioner and others on a train.
The victim-girl stated that the petitioner and others had forcefully taken her to Surat where they were pressurizing her to marry with the petitioner. Subsequently, brother of the co-accused Shambhu went to Surat and took back the victim. She alleged nothing against the petitioner. The matter appears to be of love-affairs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18085 of 2017 (4) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna/successor Court in connection with Pandarak Police Station Case No. 171 of 2015/G.R. No. 2296 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
