For the Petitioner/s : Ms. Usha Kumari Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Anil Kumar Singh 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in last but one paragraph of the order dated 2.2.2018 it has been mentioned as '14 litres' in place of '12 litres' and one sentence has been left out, i.e., 'the regular bail application shall be disposed of on the same day, if possible'.
Accordingly, the order dated 2.2.2018 stands modified to the extent that '12 litres' should correctly be read instead of '14 litres' and after the word 'merit' the sentence 'the regular bail application shall be disposed of on the same day, if possible' should be read.
Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
