2. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with S.T. No. 189/2017 arising out of Azamnagar (Salmari) P.S. Case No. 236/2016 registered for offences under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-II, Katihar.
3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6021 of 2019. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 08.09.2016.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II, Katihar in connection with S.T. No. 189/2017 arising out of Azamnagar (Salmari) P.S. Case No. 236/2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
