JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 61407 of 2021. Learned counsel for the informant submits that out of ten prosecution witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined.

Since the trial is going on, the learned trial court is directed to ensure that the trial is completed within a period of seven months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

In the event, if the trial is not concluded within a

No.54243 of 2022(3) dt.19-10-2022 2/2 period of seven months, then the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application for regular bail before the learned trial court and if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the trial was not delayed at the instance of the petitioner, then will pass orders in accordance with law keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner is in custody and the witnesses have also not supported the prosecution case.

The bail application is thus rejected.
