Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2015 registered under Sections- 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 31.01.2017. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28010 of 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16032 of 2017 (2) dt.07-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 607 of 2016.
