It has been submitted that in last paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, in place of "Hayaghat P.S. Case No.68 of 2017", it has been typed as "Shikarpur P.S. Case No.317 of 2017". Further, 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah,' is appearing in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Darbhanga'.

From perusal of the order dated 28.02.2018, it appears that „Shikarpur P.S. Case No.317 of 2017' has been typed in place of „Hayaghat P.S. Case No.68 of 2017'. Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2018, in place of „Shikarpur P.S. Case No.317 of 2017', it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12314 of 2018 (3) dt.23-03-2018 2/2 should be read as „Hayaghat P.S. Case No.68 of 2017'. Further, it appears that in the PDF file of the order dated 28.02.2018, name of the Court is appearing as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah', whereas, in the original order, name of the Court is appearing as „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Darbhanga‟, which is correct. In view of such, name of the Court be read as „Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Darbhanga‟ in place of „Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah‟. Let this order be communicated to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Darbhanga, in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No.68 of 2017.
