The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25347 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of mistake committed inadvertently in the bail application, the father's name of the petitioner and his address were wrongly typed. It is next submitted that name of the father of the petitioner is Kalicharan Yadav but in the bail application it was typed as Chika Yadav, it is next

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54689 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/3 submitted that the address of the petitioner is "Resident of Village- Gordhowa, Oraina, P.S.- Muffasil, DistrictNawada", but in the bail application it was typed as "Village- Ghora Katora, P.S.- Giriyak, District- Nalanda". The learned counsel thus submits that the said typographical error made inadvertently in the bail application be rectified as the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 23.08.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 25347 of 2022 is modified and be read as "Ranjeet Kumar Yadav @ Ranjeet Kumar, Son of Kalicharan Yadav, Resident of Village- Gordhowa, Oraina, P.S.- Muffasil, District- Nawada" instead of "Ranjeet Kumar Yadav @ Ranjeet Kumar, Son of late Chika Yadav, Resident of Village- Ghora Katora, P.S.- Giriyak, DistrictNalanda". The order dated 23.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25347 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The period of surrender is extended by further two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54689 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 3/3 weeks from today, in the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 27.10.2022, the anticipatory bail order shall be acted upon.
