Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2016.

The present case has been lodged under Sections341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 and except Section-353, almost all the sections are bailable in nature and so far as Section-353 of the Indian Penal Code is concerned; it is submitted that the same is not applicable in the facts and circumstances of the present case. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of
