The Petitioners seek bail in Begusarai(Town) P.S. Case No. 467 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that the informant while proceeded for treatment of cancer handed over two volume cheques duly signed by him to his colleague Manoj Kumar. When the informant came back after treatment, he found that from those two cheques total amount of rupees 64 lacs and 9 thousand were withdrawn illegally by co-accused Ajay Kumar. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 467 of 2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
