In view of the contents of the supplementary counter affidavit bringing on record a copy of the F.I.R. being Naubatpur P.S. case no. 81 of 2022 having been registered under sections 341, 323, 506, 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(r), (s) and 3(2)(va) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter.
