JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The petitioner assails the order dated 03.06.2022 passed by the S.D.O., Pakridayal, East Champaran whereby the petitioner's license for running P.D.S. shop was suspended under Clause 28 of the Rules as also the order of cancellation of license dated 02.09.2022.

Rule 32 of the Rules provides efficacious alternate remedies for filing of appeal/revision/second appeal in terms of Rule 32 (7) of the Rules. However, none of the aforesaid remedies have been availed by the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14646 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Learned counsel has relied on one judgment passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, reported in 2013(1) PLJR Page 718, to submit that three days' time for filing reply to the show-cause is an insufficient time.

Keeping in view the efficacious alternate remedies available to the petitioner, it is observed that all the contentions which the petitioner has raised in the present petition as well as the citation cited before this Court may be taken as a ground before the concerned appellate/revisional authorities who will pass speaking orders.

Granting aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is dismissed.
