The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 and 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner is an unmarried young girl, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.65 of
