Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not defalcated any amount. The father of the petitioner has already deposited the alleged amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
