2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 399, 402, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-d), 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 23(c), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. On a tip off, a raid was conducted and three coaccused persons were apprehended on spot with arms & ammunition and 1 kg. 10 gram Charas and on interrogation, one of the apprehended co-accused disclosed that these arms and ammunition were brought by this petitioner. Besides this, petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in altogether 14 cases, out of which, some cases are of serious nature.
