Misc. no. 11326 of 2016 by extending time to comply with the order aforesaid.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the reasons as mentioned at paras-3 and 4 of the petition, the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated time in the court below.

Considering the grounds as mentioned in the petition, petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Compaint Case no. 1111 of 2012 within a further period of two weeks from the date of
