2. The S.H.O., Alamganj Police Station has appeared. Learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 8 has also appeared.

3. The Respondents have submitted that the Respondent No. 8 has not created any disturbance and false allegations levelled by the petitioner. The Circle Officer had gone to measure the land in question, but the land could not be identified because of the wrong boundary-wall erected by the petitioner and it appeared to the district officials that the land of the petitioner as has been claimed by him is suspicious.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner may file a title suit in the court below for the relief which he wants.

5. This application is dismissed.

6. The personal appearance of the S.H.O., Alamganj is dispensed with.
